In this course you will learn how to take stock of your core values, abilities, and interests and why this is important to your career. You will complete a Core Values Checklist to gain insight into the influence these may have had in previous roles and can have in present and future roles. You will then complete a Collaborator Self-Assessment to learn roles that you may thrive in as well as skills that you may want to develop further if you are in these roles currently or are aiming to land these roles in the future. Lastly, you will learn your preferences across key abilities & interests and gain a greater understanding of your strengths, weaknesses, non-negotiables, and driving forces and how they influence your career decisions and success.
